Dues are going up a tad in 2023, from $1875/year for improved properties (homes and condos), to $1969/yr. If you don’t pay your dues by February 1, you’ll get hit with a 15% late charge. For those of you who like nagging reminders and accountability bots, WPOA has embedded into their website a handy countdown clock ticking away your shrinking on-time payment window. Just like the world debt clock, only not nearly as dystopian.

The 2023 condo association assessments have also been released. It used to be that I would send over two different documents to condo buyers but this year, I am merging the data onto a 1-page reference sheet. Have at it!
It’s always a good idea to get a handle on these varying dues structures before you enter into a contract on a property.
